I'm a man with US size 10M feet and these work great. I got them for hiking because my toes were always hitting the front of my boots and hurting a lot. Plus, pretty much every hike I'll stub my toe on a rock or root and it hurt so bad. I love these toe guards the pain and clunking is gone, and when I hit my toe on a rock it doesn't hurt anymore, thanks.

Not for regular shoes. Doesn’t stay put. Too bulky and visible.

These are a perfect fit for my women's size 9, medium width feet. I did trim off a tiny bit at the outer sides which was easy to do. I kind of rounded them off a little. They are very soft, lightweight and squishy and cushioned my toes in my pumps. I thought they would make my shoes too tight, but they didn't. My toes didn't get sore at all with these. I didn't notice sweat either. The only thing I wish is that the bottom extended more to support the ball of your foot. That would be like walking on clouds to me.

Squishy so it absorbs a lot of the discomfort of pointed toe shoes, but because it lacks any ball of foot padding there’s an awkward step off from your toes and front of the ball of your foot being padded to the 0 padding for the rest of the ball of your foot. I couldn’t get past the weird feeling this gave. This may be less of a problem for someone with bigger feet (I am a size 5) as the silicone may just cover only the toes and not stick out over the ball of the foot partially. Ultimately I returned these for toe pouches that also cover the ball of the foot. Of note, these are very very squishy. So if you want more firm padding it’s not for you. And they won’t stay on your toes naturally so you have to put them on and slide your feet into the shoes for them to stay in place.

I’ve developed sensitivity in my right foot! I’m not diabetic yet but the seam of a sock bother my toes! This little item does help! My only complaint is although I have a small foot size 6 in ladies I feel it could be a little longer! To me it seems too short! I’m getting arthritis in my hands & the current size sometimes is difficult for me to maneuver other then that once adjusted & my shoe or boot in place they are extremely comfortable! I would highly recommend! You can reuse over and over! I would recommend cleaning them after each use since you get more then one set!

I purchased these to protect my toes from friction while wearing mesh summer flats, they’re incredibly comfortable, durable and doesn’t effect the look of the shoes. I have black netted mesh flats and white ones and they are incredibly easy to use, comfortable, totally affordable and not too thick. They feel like a extra coat of skin protecting my toes as well as the ball of my feet!

Comfy to a certain extent BUT it doesn’t stay put in one position no matter what shoe. It slides off or in a diff position. Doesn’t fit right. Don’t waste your money

This is a life saver! I lost a lot of weight, and my favorite work shoes became very roomy 😩. This prevents my foot from sliding forward and hurting my toes. I place it on the outside of my socks because the foot perspiration causes it to be a bit gross, hahaha. Just as great on the outside of my socks! Saved my favorite work shoes!!!

They are so thick
