Update: I reached out to the manufacturer, they responded so quickly!! And they were very empathetic, and when your a tired mom...that's refreshing 😁 they are also sending me a brand new unit that should arrive today, so from the day I contacted them to the day I will receive a new one is just under a week...that's incredible to me! 5 star customer service, and as long as this new unit works as it should then it will be a 5 star all the way around for me! It's such a timer saver for making baby food and I LOVED it when it worked!!! Excited to get the replacement today! Original post: Bought last year, just started using about a month ago when my baby turned 6 months. It worked AWESOME...at first. Perfect and time saving probably the first 5 times I used it! Then it started glitching during every use. Wouldn't do a full steam session. Sometimes it just starts beeping and the numbers on the screen and just continuously rolling. Thought it was going to be an awesome product. Maybe other people have had better experience? I'm going to contact manufacturer and see if maybe I just got a faulty one.

Look no further! I got the Baby Moov Duo Meal Station months ago in excited anticipation to make my baby’s food and never buy premade. Now I’m a working mom, and even though I have extensive cooking experience, using the Baby Moov just added so much time and frustration to my day. I wound up buying so much premade baby food because it was impossible otherwise. How are you supposed to come home from a long workday and take care of yourself and your family but also have an hour - hour and a half to stand in the kitchen and make baby food? I didn’t have the time or the energy. I’d have to monitor the whole process with the Baby Moov to make sure it was going smoothly, and sometimes I’d be there for an hour making puréed beets or squash. Then there were the parts… so many parts… and I’m really big about cleaning and sterilization, so it was a lot of work. Was part of my baby registry , had to replace my last one of 3 yesrs from user error but it worked daily for the years before it Super easy to use my 3 year old makes her smoothies in the morning (supervised of course). Aesthetically it’s so nice to that counter space makes sense. I’ve cooked just about everything in this thing, smoothies, carrots, pastas. And blends perfectly

Absolutely love this baby food maker. So easy to use. Simply chop the food you want to purée, and it steams and blends for you with one simple button. I love that I am able to control what foods my babies (twins) are getting with no added chemicals or preservatives. I also know where the food is coming from. The machine itself is compact, and which is great, because I hate how all the baby gadgets start to take up space after while. One I also didn’t know before I bought it, is that there is a bottle warming setting, so if you have a gadget for that, this can replace that. I believe this item is well worth the money, and I can see myself using it later for other purée purposes. Apple sauce anyone? The only bummer is the quality of the plastic that it’s made from. It’s kind of flimsy. My Sister in law got the same one, but dropped the part where the purée collects and it cracked and was no longer usable.

The best option to make fast the food for my babie

This steamer-blender was very helpful at the beginning of introducing solids, especially since this is my first child. At first, I mainly used it to make purees, it’s very convenient that the food is steamed first and then automatically blended to the desired consistency. It really simplified cooking during those early months. Later, as we transitioned to more textured foods, I started using the unit separately as either a steamer or a blender. Overall, we used it regularly for about four months. For the first couple of months, the device worked well and did its job, but with daily use, small issues started to appear over time, which eventually led me to stop using it. Over time, the plastic became cloudy, absorbed odors, and started to stain from foods. Even with thorough cleaning, it was no longer possible to fully restore it. The touch buttons also began responding inconsistently. Overall, it’s a convenient option for starting solids and for the first months of use, but with frequent daily use, the materials and touch controls showed their limitations.

Works well, takes time to adjust for each fruit/veggie but made fresh food easy.

It’s confusing to use, yes. It’s bulky, yes. But MAN does it purée baby food. I’ve put root vegetables in this thing and it turns them into a smooth paste, it’s truly a very talented machine. The biggest down side is having to do multiple batches because if you over fill it it’ll just shut down. The max fill is less than half way which makes prepping baby food for the freezer hard and time consuming but the quality of the purée is amazing. I haven’t used the steam feature yet as I just use fresh or cooked ingredients but my husband tested it when we first got it and it looked very straightforward. I’ll recommend this to everyone. You should even get it if you just want a really really good food processor.

Got this so I can make my baby pureed food instead of having to buy them. The machine is good and it steams and pureed well but the jar has cracked due the the heat from when steaming and water leaks everywhere due to this. There is no option to only buy the jar so, you end up with a useless machine.
