Nice set of brushes

Foam brushes are fantastic. The rest are good, but need trimming.
The foam brushes are all attached and assembled with no issues - I mention that because many foam brush heads simply fall off when lightly tugged. You can tear the foam on these and they stay put. Looking at the rest of the brushes, around 70% need work. Stray or really long bristles, bent bristles, etc. I sorted the "bad" ones, soaked in boiling water, reshaped, let dry and drimmed as needed. Fixed them all this way. Many are not as "full" as the photo looks - like the fan shaped brush. Pretty sparse when compared to the photo. But for the price? Really good deal and worth spending 10 minutes getting them up to par.

this is a great set -
Painting is something i recently began dabbling in. I already have admitted many years ago that i do not have talent with traditional drawing or painting in relation to detailed structure and form. What i do like is abstracts images. I actually prefer that kind of image any day, with my living space being filled up with various abstract expressions from myself or other artists. I like to use brushes or no brushes depending on what the vibe is at the time. When i do use brushes i know i will be breaking into my new set of 35 assorted brushes from the Arteza brand. I like this brand with this not being my first time using them. I trust the Arteza brand to provide me with affordable art supplies that work nicely and look great. I do not use sponges that often but am glad there are some included with this set. I like how there is one of those peacock or fan shaped brushes that has that light layer displayed in that form. The small brushes are not only great for fine details, but also for guiding a more liquid kind of paint over or into a thicker kind. All of these brushes are easy to clean and have handles that do not wear away easy. In summary i am very happy with this pack of brushes and sponges. I recommend not only this set but the Arteza brand in general.

Great Variety
This craft brush set is fantastic when it comes to variety of brushes and it also includes a good amount of sponge brushes to fit any crafting and painting need really. I do all type of artwork, painting canvas, rocks, detailed craft work on acrylic and so much more and this set really is one of those all inclusive types of sets which is great for beginners. The quality of the brushes are so good, I really do love the Arteza brand when it comes to all of my crafting needs they have not let me down yet. The brushes themselves do not shed all that much either, not any more than most brushes and in some cases a lot less shedding has happened for me with this set than with some of the other more expensive sets I have bought in the past. When I need replacements (which will be a long time because of the quality of these brushes) this will be my go-to replacement set. As long as they keep making these, I will keep ordering them for sure. I hope this review is helpful!

Great starting set
This is a (relatively) complete set of brushes for minor or 'art' painting. The set includes a fairly complete array of brush options including foam brushes. For someone who really has no set of brushes this is great starting point because most of what you'll need for smaller DIY projects is in this set. The quality is also good; the brushes tend not to lose bristles and are bound well to the shaft.

Great set of brushes, great for painting wood crafts
An all-inclusive paint brush set that has everything you need for painting. It includes a good variety of brush sizes and shapes. It was the perfect set to use with my grandkids on their wood crafts. We have been creating lots of crafts with wood. These brushes are perfect for the acrylic paint that we use. They are also durable enough for my grandkids to use. The set also includes foam brushes that were perfect for the bases to our signs. The kids were able to paint the entire sign with ease.

A Mixed Bag -- Literally
Now that I've had the chance to put these brushes through their paces, I have to say that I'm not as impressed with them as I've been with other Arteza products I've tried. For one thing, there are more foam brushes than I'm likely to need in any given year (not docking stars for that, just an observation). What's more, the bristles on several of these are stiffer than some of their other brushes, leading to inconsistent paint "holding" and delivery. They're not bad for area painting on larger canvases, but for finer applications I'd consider something else.
