Make sure to heat the product up either by microwave (3-10 seconds) or under hot water. It's supposed to be DRY AND RUBBERY when you get it! Once you heat it, it'll become liquid! A little bit of the liquid goes a LONG way so be careful of that! Spread it with your finger and then after you put the paper on the liquid, you can wash your hands and it'll come off. It comes off with water.I personally love this product and have been using it for years now! Super easy to use and great quality for a cheaper price. Yes it's a small container, but trust me when I say this. You don't need much of the product when using it!Have fun getting those blackheads off!

Worked okay but not the best out there wasn't very strong and didnt pull out much compared to other products out there that I can order for a lot less and had wayyy to strong of a scent wouldn't recommend to anyone with sensitive skin felt like I put off brand elmers glue that someone poured cheap perfume that they found at a random thrift shop on to my face

This product DOES get rid of blackheads (not 100%, more like 50% in an application). I gave this four stars because the amount of paper they give you to put over the cream to then pull off, is very limited. I am now researching where to buy more paper. Container is very small but does go a long way. Be careful not to rub the paper too much once you put the cream on your nose because it absorbs instantly and you will rip the paper if you press too much (almost like paper mache would work). I would buy again.

You need to melt the stuff first. Take the hottest water you can and put it and the jar into a bowl. Either that or have it on the shower floor while you bathe.Compared to the black charcoal face masks, this stuff definitely works better. It stings a little bit but you get used to it.It won't pull everything out (no face mask/peel will do this) but it will more or less remove the blackheads so you can use additional treatments.You can probably pair this with a $50 pore sucker to pull out any deep down material.The directions suck, it's really simple to use.1a) Heat the jar in hot water or in the shower.1b) wash your face or take a shower (using hot water to open your pores, scrub off any dead skin if you can)2) apply it THINLY on your face, the liquid is very runny.3) plop on the paper.4) wait 15-20 minutes at a minimum to dry.5) peel it. Don't peel it too fast as I've noticed that it doesn't work nearly as well.

Showed up on time. Nothing was spilled or anything. When you get the product it is like rubber but all u need to do it put it in the microwave for about 3-5 seconds. Test warmth with your finger first, you don’t want to damage your face. It works really well but wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin. My face is still kind of sensitive to the touch after using about 2 hours ago. The only thing that I don’t like is that it is a really small bottle to be $5. It should definitely be a bigger size if it’s $5. But over all I like it and will be using it every once in a while! Ps. Compared it to a small bobby-pin in photo.

I was willing to look past 1) the month I had to wait for this 2) the lack of directions and 3) the small size, because the two times I got to use it, it was pretty great. Unfortunately after the second use, it curdled(?) into a hard little ball that I could not reconstitute with water. I ordered it again and this time it was already solid in the bottle when it arrived so no uses from the second bottle. I'll keep looking for a similar product but if they ever straighten this problem out, I'll happily order it again.

I really like this item, it really does the job. It removes the blackhead and whitehead much better than all the other brands...They don't provide directions but I found it to be common sense. The papers are included and I will try fabric to see how well would that work.Here's the directions:1. cut the papers as you desire, smaller for around the nose etc...2. microwave the bottle for 10-15 seconds3. wash your face and leave it moist4. with your finger put the material on the affected area and put the paper on top of it ( a little bit goes long way so spread it very thinly)5. after 8-10 minutes or when you feel it has dried, pull the paper in the opposite direction of the blackhead or whitehead growth6. wash your face with warm waterYou can see from the papers how much whitehead and blackhead come out...I would highly recommend this item

This is my second time buying since this works super strong and takes all blackheads out like a charm. Works better than those average pore strips you see at the store. HOWEVER, this 2nd order came with BUGS!! I thought it was dirt so I touched it and pulled the sticker bc that’s no biggy. But BUGS are unacceptable. Also the paper that comes with it are taped together to the bottle instead of them putting it in a little baggy like how I received it the first time.
