My husbands previous chopper broke and he picked this one to replace it.. it is so great that he showed my dad and he was all about it, so my mom got him one... then my best briend wanted one and I was like here you go and ordered her one. All are very pleased, it's a well used great product. We have had ours for months now and no issues.

I got this for my boyfriend to use because there are a variety of templates. I work in hospitality so I have some decent knife skills. So most of this isn't as useful for me, it's a bit more trouble to take out and wash than it is for me to use a knife. The only time I'll use it is if I need a specific cut but that doesn't happen often. I use regular mandolin slicing blade with the guard and I went a bit too far with the guard and lopped off a bit of the plastic, so be careful how far you'll be cutting. Cutting onions is this is nice because the fumes aren't as bad. We only use it once in a while, but it could be very useful for those who need those specialty blades.

This is a great little food chopper for those who are light cookers. By that I mean it's not a heavy duty professional grade chopper and will not stand up to daily use for very long. I cook 3 meals a day 7 days a week and are always looking for anything to help speed up the process. Let's break down some pros and cons from my rigorous testing and use.PROS:1) Easy set up2) Multiple slicing and dicing attachments3) Pretty simple clean up4) Definitely cuts down the time of food prepCONS:1) Had the bottom food catch area been bigger you could have stored all the parts and pieces in it. As it stands you cannot store everything together.2) The food gripper you use to hold food and protect your hand from the slicer, doesn't get the small remnants of food close enough to the blade so you're left with strips of unsliced food.3) NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. The product information does not mention whether or not it's dishwasher safe however, most kitchen utensils in todays market should be. This one does not. It was warped in my dishwasher the first time.4) Beats, carrots, and other strongly colored foods will stain the plastic.5) Instructions would have been great. I'm not sure if it was just an accident that mine didn't come with any, or if that's common, but there is still a piece that I can't figure out what it does to save my life.As I mentioned before this is a pretty neat tool to have for light cookers. Personally I would like to see the 'CONS' I listed above improved upon.

Wife’s Review:I love this thing it saves me so much time when meal prepping during the week and we all know what a hassle that can be😩. I would like to say to be very very very very gentle while handling the inserts. I was talking to my husband and attempting to open insert and cut my finger soooooo bad! Not the reason I gave a 4 star though bc that was kinda my clumsy fault lol. But I gave a 4 star bc it’s not the easiest to use. Also, It’s not really easy to clean at all I spent the longest trying to clean out everything. All and all. I still love it!

I like that this is a two in one product (a chopper/mandolin slicer). I don’t use a slicer as often as a chopper but it’s nice to save space under the cabinets. The blades are very sharp (time will tell how long the chopper holds up- these are notorious for dulling). But it works really well! I diced onion and green bell pepper with the smallest dicer plate. The container holds two diced onions and two bell peppers (separately) no problem. I also like that the container has silicone grips on the bottom so it doesn’t slide around. You do have to apply a decent amount of pressure to get produce through it- but I don’t feel like the plastic is fragile or will break. The interchangeable plates are smaller- 3”x3” so you’ll have to cut produce in smaller chunks. The included brushes for cleaning is a nice touch- it helps a lot with getting the smallest dicing plate clean. The strainer is nice too but I’m not sure how much I’ll use it since I wash my produce before chopping.

I love this. It does just about everything but grow the vegetables.Makes quick work out of dicing vegetables.It will do so much more, but if I never use it for anything other than quickly dicing vegetables, I am thrilled to have it.I diced shallots, onions, bell peppers, mangoes, and potatoes in minutes.I made mango salsa in about 5 minutes instead of 30 to 40 minutes.If the mango had not been over-ripe, it would have just required a quick rinse and been ready to go again.3 pieces with no instruction?In the last photo there are three pieces that I would really like to know what they do and how to make them do it. They are not shown in the instructions. I took off a star because I do not know what to do with these three pieces. It is a mystery.Except for the three mystery pieces, this is so easy to use. Not a cheap gimmick like so many of this type prove to be. It is a kitchen work horse.Worth every penny. It will save you time, energy, and aggravation. Love it. Highly recommend.
