When i place my iphone 13 and my airpod pros on the stand only one light turns on.. Is this normal?

Additionally, I am charging Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds on the base. These earbuds are not MagSafe, but if I position them in the center of the base they charge wirelessly.
