Wagner's 62004 Eastern Regional Wild Bird Food - A Delight for Feathered Friends
I recently purchased Wagner's 62004 Eastern Regional Wild Bird Food, and it has been a hit with the local bird population in my backyard. One of the standout features of this bird food is its carefully selected blend that caters specifically to the bird species native to the Eastern region. It includes a variety of seeds such as sunflower seeds, safflower seeds, cracked corn, millet, and milo, all of which are known to attract a diverse array of birds. The quality of the seeds is impressive. They are fresh and clean, ensuring that I'm providing nutritious food that birds enjoy. I've noticed an increase in bird activity since I started using this blend, with a variety of species including cardinals, chickadees, finches, and sparrows visiting regularly. The 20-pound bag size is perfect for regular feeding without constant trips to the store. The packaging is sturdy and resealable, which helps keep the seeds fresh and protected from moisture.Another great aspect of Wagner's bird food is that it minimizes waste. The blend is designed to be appealing to birds without leaving behind a lot of discarded hulls or uneaten seeds, which means less mess under the feeders.Overall, Wagner's 62004 Eastern Regional Wild Bird Food has exceeded my expectations. It's a high-quality blend that attracts a wide variety of birds, provides excellent nutrition, and is convenient to use. If you're looking to attract Eastern regional birds to your yard and enjoy watching them thrive, I highly recommend giving this bird food a try.

Attracts wide variety of birds from tiny chickadees to crows. Something for everyone!
Attracts a wide variety of wild birds. The birds flock to this food like it is bird candy. By the end of the day nearly every bit is eaten by the birds, except for the hulls. All contents of bag appear fresh and edible.I feed it to the birds using hanging tray feeders and yard table top as well as scattering it along the edges of the driveway. Birds seen eating the feed include Cardinals, Blue Jays, Goldfinches, Chickadees, Crows, and nearly every seed eating breed of bird. Very pleased with the wide variety of birds attracted to this feed. None left by days end.

Too much millet
I'd say a good 8lbs of what is in this bag is millet, something i've noticed our wild birds are not too thrilled about.. next is a lot of milo, about 4lbs worth.. that leaves 8lbs with maybe 2lb's max of it being a mixture of the black and the stripe sunflower seeds.. i ended up buying a 5lb bag of Black Oil Sunflower seeds to mix in with this 20lb for that seems to be the sparrows that visit favorite and it is lacking in this 20lb bag..So this isn't my or the birds fav, however its $25 price tag for a 20lb bag is a price that makes it so i can use this as a 'base' and add other goodies to it to attract the birds that prefer certain food and still save some $$ (the birds' favorite is happy wings songbird blend that costs $18 for 5lb - it has been adding up lately). With the extra sunflower seeds added in this will feed most birds that have started to empty our feeders, at a more affordable cost..especially since i still have to buy the cardinals and the woodpeckers their favorite lyric fruit & nut blend for their perch feeder.

An Excellent Seed Mix - But Overpriced
This was a screaming deal when I bought it, but no longer. A shame as it was an excellent bird seed.Good quality, lots of sunflowers, good mix of many seeds.Sadly........ it is now overpriced.Recommended..... but not really.

Great for birds, and entertaining cats!
This is great birdseed! My HOA in Massachusetts doesnโt allow bird-feeders, so I place this seed on my back patio. My cats are entertained for hours as Robin, Woodpecker, Finch, Dove, and other birds enjoy the seed. Itโs also popular with wild turkey, squirrels, and even rabbits!

Birds Love It!
Purchased my first bird feeder and placed it in the backyard. Within a week, I had finches, sparrows, blue jays, cardinals, and morning doves. Unfortunately, it also attracted the local squirrels. I blame my bird feeder for not being as squirrel proof as I thought. I have refilled my bird feeder twice this week already!

The birds absolutely love this food
The birds absolutely love this food. I have had over 40 birds show up all at once just to eat! This food attracts so many birds I needed to buy a second bird feeder!

Bit too pricey compared to what is available in the market. Shouldn't be above $7-$10.
