Beekeeping Gloves
They are soft and supple and fit snuggly and provide the protection I need from bees. I am VERY happy with this purchase. Being goatskin leather, they will last forever, well maybe not, but a very long time!

Good as a back up, but won’t last

acceptable
These are inexpensive and lightweight gloves that I purchased for the few days a year that I use gloves when working my bees. They are adequate, though not as sturdy or well made as some I've seen from well known companies like Mann Lake. They have done a fine job, but I wouldn't recommend them for regular use.

Great glvoes, but not impenetrable
These gloves are great and run very slightly on the small side. I normally wear large gloves but ordered an XL and have just a bit of spare material at my fingertips. My hands measure 8" from tip of pinky to tip of thumb when fully flattened. Bottom of palm to tip of middle finger is 8-1/8 inch in the same position. An unexpected feature, they work with touch screens if even slightly wet (usually by my sweat or spilled syrup). I'm not regularly texting or taking selfies while in the hive, but I do like being able to snap pics quickly when something looks wrong, right or just plain cool.Dexterity is reduced compared to going gloveless or nitrile gloves, but that is to be expected so not deducting any stars.I've watched bees try and sting me only to be unable to get a foot grip on the gloves to deliver the sting, or if able to get that grip most stingers cant reach my skin. I have been stung through them on rare occasions, but there are some weird attributes regarding stings I feel I should share to help others:~ I was stung on the flat of my palm but the gloves prevented the venom sac from passing through. In fact, it acted like an anchor thus all I had to do was pull the glove leather up to pull the barb out of my own skin. No venom was injected beyond the initial penetration of the stinger.~However that stinger kept re-penetrating the skin of my hand as normal flexing during inspection pulled the leather back tight. Make sure to remove that stinger completely.~Keep a bottle of rubbing alcohol within reach as it destroys the alarm pheromone released at the sight of a sting. So if you do get stung (whether it reaches your skin or not) spray that location with a bit of the alcohol and it will prevent the spread of aggravation.I also spray the gloves between use with alcohol for the same reason.Overall, I am very happy with these gloves. I'm not sure I really need the elbow length sleeve, but it certainly isn't a negative.

Excellent for both newbies and people who already raise bees.
My husband started keeping bees this year. He couldn't work with them without these gloves. He is completely confident in their use.

may work best with an extra layer of protection
Glove sleeves maybe too thin to prevent sting ,may work best with an extra layer of protection . May I'll try again next spring/ summer/fall .

well made
seem to be good quality soft leather very flexible with long cuffs that are elastic at top to prevent bees from crawling in
