I'm writing this review for my wife. She was gracious enough to let me do so. Now that summer is here I knew she could use some lighter more breathable bras. In the process of purchasing some other bras I had come across this one and I wanted to show it to her as we are getting ready for a seven night Caribbean cruise that has a formal attire evening while we're on vacation. I knew this bra would go well with her formal dress that she has, and she agreed to try this bra out. She gave this four stars because the first bra that showed up although was the right cup size (42DD) the band going around her back was extremely itchy for her. As noted above the size 42DD was correctfor this brand, whereas she is typically 38DDD wearing a Victoria's secret product. So she returned the first bra she purchased. The first one that she purchased was the beige and black that had the itchy material in the band going around her back. Otherwise everything else with that first bra worked perfectly. The bra that is pictured with this review has a little bit different material in the band going around her back which is softer and did not cause any itchiness for her at all. And she is very happy about the straps as they don't dig into her shoulders and her exact words were "they're nice and wide." She said she wants to keep this one. I'm happy this one worked out as we leave for our cruise in 4 days. And I can't wait to see how amazing she's going to look on formal night in her dress. I'm sure I will not be able to keep my eyes off of her, to be honest I can't wait either LOL. I hope she'll let me purchase a couple more of these bras for her

Ordered 40 C which generally fits well.PROS: Bra looks exactly like the one in the picture. Color is spot on. Price point isn't bad.CONS: No lining & itchy in odd places.For women who have already made the bodily sacrifice and have had the very essence of their dairy pillows depleted to a pitiful sack of low hanging flesh-bags ... this style may or may not be "flattering". In my case it ended up being "flattening". My poor chesticles jiggled around in the cups like jello in an earthquake. Ended up giving the bra to my daughter (who's partly responsible for the sorry state of my headlights). An improvement to the bra would be padding/lining the bras which might also address the itchiness.

Im normally on the larger side of a 40DD so I got a 40DDD. I just barely fit the cups and the rib area fits un the largest setting but not the best in comfort. I could do with a size or two up in the ribs. I dont know if a cup size up would be too big or not.Overall it looks JUST like the picture. Kind of cheep material and based on the look out of the package dont expect much. Boy was I wrong. Perfect lift, perfect shape, and I did some bend and bounce tests (with husband in jaw dropped witness) and it passed. For $25 bucks I didnt expect much but totally worth this and future purchases!

While I’ve always been a card carrying member of the Itty Bitty Titty Comittee, after a total of six years spent breastfeeding, the girls are not what they used to be.After retiring my nursing bras for the final time, I discovered that the knockoff bombshell bras I used to love didn’t work as well as they used to, leaving annoying gaps I don’t remember from before.After some Google research I learned that a “balconette” bra might work for me so I ordered this one. When I took it out of the package I didn’t have high hopes for it. It looked tiny and didn’t have any padding.It fit surprisingly well, but the real test was how it would look under a shirt. I was pleasantly surprised that it looked very nice. It gave me my boobs back! I don’t know how it can do that without any padding, but it does. It squeezes what you have back into a youthful but natural shape. I will be ordering another.I only wish that the straps were removable, as I like to be able to change them out to other colors to blend in better with certain outfits.

I got a 52B. Cup too big, Band too tight. I measured myself over my night gown and I was 50 around. I am buying extenders to see if that helps

I love the fit of this bra! The only problem is the straps are so big! They are on the tightest setting and are almost falling down. I can’t imagine any woman having shoulders this tall… but otherwise it is fantastic.

Material is kinda rough. Wish the material used was softer, hate the bow in the center. Bra Fits nicely. Priced affordably no pain when you wear it, full support.

I’m giving it 4 stars , but it isn’t made well . I’ll be lucky to get 6 months out of it . Don’t dry it ! It’s already falling apart . It’s a cute cut, however again , it’s not made well .

Muy buen producto, es el segundo que compró pero la talla en la etiqueta decía 44B pero en el bra decía 42B, así que no estoy segura que talla llegó. A pesar de eso lo volvería a comprar, muy buena calidad de acabados y materiales.

I am very impressed with the finish and fit of the Balconnette bra. It came very neatly packaged and the stitching and material are top quality. I would recommend this bra to anyone. Beautiful.
