Good quality vitamin. They recommend a divided dosage so I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. I have been around some sick people and it keeps my immunity up.

I like the ingredients but…
I can’t give this 5 stars because the label I received does not match the label shown on Amazon. But I did look it up on the Momentous website and it does match it there. Update your ingredient label to match the label on the bottle! Otherwise you look like a shady, untrustworthy brand.

This is quite literally truly the first time when taking a supplement does make positive effect, I never knew that any multivitamins will ever show any positive effect and I used to just take them like clockwork, but this is different. Try it out.
