Logitech Zone Wired Earbuds

Great sound quality and design. I was searching for a set of wired, sound canceling headphones which are surprisingly difficult to find. These fit the bill perfectly.

These are easily the worst earbuds I have ever owned, which includes probably no less than 50 sets over 20+ years, the majority of them in the under $20 price range. Audio quality is terrible both for the user and for those listening to the user, with USB and 3.5mm connection offering the same quality. They have a somewhat premium feel, so I wanted to give them a chance, but they are just bizarrely bad, and when I spontaneously used other (much cheaper) earbuds on some of my calls others have instantly noted the difference it made. The difference on my end was also jarringly obvious. After over a month of waiting to find a way for these earbuds to become usable, I'm sadly giving up -- these are my first earbuds ever to gain the designation _completely unusable_ (and they are the 5th most expensive, again, from probably over 50 pairs).

I absolutely love the quality and the noise cancellation feature that makes surrounding quieter for the user. However the microphone’s noise cancellation is not as I expected, the other end can hear any noise around me.

I’ve been since forever looking for a replacement for my old LGs. I favor mic quality and the LGs were spectacular. These sound ok, and mic is ok. Don’t regret my purchase, but expected better. BTW, I am specifically talking about call quality outdoors. Very good, but no LGs.

None of the included ear bud tips would keep them in my ear. The sound quality is that of a tin-can (akin to the sound quality of earbuds that they give out to you during a flight for the on-board entertainment). Plastic feels cheap, like it would stretch and tear if I accidentally dropped it or something. First logictech purchase that I've deeply regretted. Ever. And this is coming from a customer of a few decades.

El sonido es nítido y equilibrado, ideal tanto para llamadas como para escuchar música mientras trabajo. Además, tienen un diseño discreto y elegante, así que no desentonan si tengo una videollamada con clientes. No suelo escribir reseñas, pero este producto realmente cumple con lo que promete. Si trabajas en remoto o pasas muchas horas conectado, valen cada centavo.

These work great with teams. The issue is trying to get them to stay in and I can’t turn my volume down.

The earbuds don't fit too well, but i did not read carefully before i buy it, it's difficult to return even i did not use, and it costs. So i have to keep it now.

The audio quality itself is decent, but some of my coworkers complained that they can’t hear me properly. Upon requesting a return, it was revealed that the process is extremely complicated and requires a lot of steps and time from my end. I won’t be going through all the hassle of going through the million steps in the return process, but this product will be collecting dust on my shelf.
