This is an amazing product if you’re breastfeeding and also have stomach issues. It doesn’t really impact the amount of milk you make but enhances it and helps your own gut biome in the process. Highly recommend this product if you’re breastfeeding and especially if you’re coming off of antibiotics.

I feel like these made a huge difference! I had mastitis twice and did not get it again since taking these. With my 2nd pregnancy I started then a month before my due date to get everything in balance before baby. They smell a little odd but, but thay doesn't bother me.

I started feeling pain in my left breast on a Tuesday did some research and read reviews and purchased on Thursday and it came Friday night I started taking and it’s now Sunday morning and I’m not in pain I forgot to mention I had a mastitis and for the second time I had one last month in my right breast and took antibiotics that was my first time getting one and afterwards I continuously started taking sunflower lecithin but clearly wasn’t a good preventative method I’m unsure what’s causing me to get mastitis because this is my fourth time breastfeeding and I didn’t get with my other children idk but I say all that to say this will clear that right up for you and bring your supply back because mines lowered but not low enough to not feed my baby I also forgot to mention I had gotten a fever both times but take these and stay hydrated and eat clean as possible and clear up mastitis the healthy way I do plan to take for seven days because it has all around great benefits but I’m going to stop taking for a week and then take again because expensive and only 30 comes and smell is strong thank God pill so small

Prevents my clogged ducts! If I forget to take it for a couple days I always get a closed duct. It’s pricy but worth it. Only reason I gave 4/5 is because of the price.

I ordered this for mastitis and when I received it there was no safety seal which seemed weird since all of this brands other supplements come with safety seals. When I opened it it smelled SO toxic like paint thinner.. everyone I had smell it said it smelled like paint or chemicals. I have never used this before so I went to the reviews and saw nobody else speaking of this and one review says it is odorless so that made me feel nervous to take it. I don't know if it's normal to smell so strongly but it seemed like a very unnatural smell so mixed with the lack of safety seal I've been too nervous to take it. If the company reaches out to me I will potentially change my review but as of now I have a product I don't feel safe using. I have a lot of supplements from this brand that I love and was very excited to try this one so that was disappointing. Eta I had to buy a different brand of the same probiotic l fermementum and it doesn't smell at all which made me even more sketched out about what was in this one. The other one also has proper safety seals. I buy so many supplements from legendairy milk and love their supplements so I am hoping this was just a one time thing but I don't know what to think and haven't been able to speak to anyone from the company. The more I have smelt it it almost smells like moldy citrus..that really strong smell citrus gets when it molds. I don't feel comfortable taking it though not knowing why it smells that way and having no safety seal when this new one w the exact same ingredients is pretty much odorless. Will update if I hear back from them.
