The pictures do not do this piece of luggage justice. It is so beautiful and well made. I love it! It’s roomy and durable and stylish.

Overall great suitcase. The color is nice, the zippers move smoothly. It’s been a few months and several uses and still working great. It’s a little heavy but that’s to be expected for its size. It’s is a very large suitcase. My little 10 year old can fit inside

I ordered two of the Steve Madden 28" soft side luggage bags in Black. They came in separate deliveries and the first one was Purple instead of the Black originally ordered. But the Purple is very nice and my wife will use it. They are very stylish and roomy and I like the swivel wheels. The weight is so much lighter than our old 28" bags. Will be using them for several upcoming trips this year. Would have rated 5 stars but for the mistake in color.

Wife loves the color and quality of all three pieces. Only problem was the 20” came with black trim and other two has tan trim. I think the black trim looks better. But both are nice looking.

I bought the Steve Madden 28 inch luggage for my daughter- in- law's bridal shower in August of 2022. She used it for her honeymoon to Italy in October of 2023. Only 2 days into their trip, the retractable handle broke off. When they got back from their honeymoon, I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement. When my husband tried to retract the handle, it wouldn't budge. Once again, I reached out to customer service, and they promptly send me a second replacement which worked just fine. Let me say that my experience with customer service was outstanding. A week ago my daughter -in- law traveled to Paris and used the new replacement (this is the third one). When she got back, she informed me that the retractable handle broke off on her way to the hotel when she arrived in France. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I'm not sure if it is a design flaw, but we will never purchase a Steve Madden piece of luggage again and will look elsewhere for our luggage needs.

I'm absolutely in love with this suitcase!! Lots of space, great performance and met all of the airline regulations. Most importantly, it's so pretty! :D

I purchases this bag for my trip to Europe. Seems to be made very well, smooth wheels, very nice on the inside. Love the pattern on the outside. Looking forward to using it!

I was supprised at how worn this looked after one trip. Also the wheels are very noisy.
