These are great. As a T1D, the glucose raises my blood sugar rapidly - in a controllable way. They are very effective at treating lows. The taste is acceptably good, but I don't particularly want to snack on them. I am a first responder, and these are the same exact product that is carried by my local ambulance for diabetic emergencies. The packaging is tough, and I have only ever had one leak (but I think it was my fault). They are a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Very effective for daughter when she has low blood sugars. She reports that the product is pleasant tasting and easy to ingest.

These are my go-to for extreme or quick-happening low blood sugar. They are easy to open and the gel is very fluid and easy to get down when I’m fighting some extreme lows. I love the 15g or carbs, it’s a great amount for those lows. Should be in every T1D’s pantry… car.. office.. bedroom… I keep them everywhere!

As a Type 1 Diabetic I keep quick use glucose within my quick access. have found that this product works well. It works faster than glucose tablets or gummies. The packaging is easy to open even when my Libre 3 is blaring away. The two flavor are inoffensive and very much nonmemorable but the product has always raised my glucose…. Though it is not an immediate fix. I do find I respond quicker to Transend than to orange juice. I store packets in my purse, night stand, car.

Small and convenient to carry. Great for lows on the go.

I have a brittle diabetic spouse. This helped to bring his blood sugars up fairly quickly. Not as quick as orange juice, but brought it high enough to make him reasonable and then drink and eat something. He even liked the taste.
