Spilay DIY Miniature House Kit for Adults, Miniature Dollhouse Kit

This miniature house is difficult. I am taking it slow. Some instructions are not clear so look through the instruction manual for how it works in the end product. Have fun! Update:project complete however I made a serious mistake in the foundation. I am still not sure what I did but on my next project I am going to be careful. The instructions are hard for me to understand and I don't know if I am just ignorant. Lol Some photos for education. Hope this helps you enjoy the house more.

Ok I came back to update. It still stunk to have missing pieces and I had to be creative with the build because of it, but in the end I loved this kit. I do a lot of these and this was one of the most fun to put together. Quality great, detailed miniatures, and the layout was good. So in the end I’ll give it 5 stars because of that. But I do think these sellers need to have a means to help you replace stuff that’s missing. Photos included of end product (I do add most of those critters, so only the dog comes in kit). Original review: I’m so frustrated. This is the second kit I’ve gotten this week that I get started on and discover missing parts and can’t continue. Because there is no customer support I have to pack it all up for a return. So it looks cute and the parts are good quality, but I can’t build it and I’m bummed out.

Directions were a little unclear on certain steps, need to be more specific but overall when completed looks good especially lit up in a dark room. Not appropriate for DIY beginners.

I loved building this clock! It is very detailed really cute! the box said 3-5 hours build time but it took me about 8 hours to complete it. It is also the first kit I have done. My only issue is that if the clock battery dies, I will have to disassemble much of the back of the clock to change it. Instruction are well written and fairly easy to follow. There are a few extra pieces in the kit that could be very helpful if a piece does break.

The instructions took a very long time to understand and weren't clear. I couldn't find out how and what pieces to cut out before assembling. I had to figure it out without the instructions since they didn't say. I like the house design though.

It’s hard but you’ll get there!!! The teapots alone make it worth it!!! Instructions are pretty clear until you get to the lighting portion. I messed that up but I like it better my way so I don’t mind. Plenty of everything and some to spare! The little lanterns are adorable! I didn’t show the bathroom because I will likely modify that later. It’s cute as is though, only problem is the toilet and bathtub are white and cream (respectively) so it looks off if you don’t want to fix it. Overall, 9/10

The instructions and amount of work to assemble this are INSANE. Unless you want to spend many many hours trying to figure out how to assemble this , don’t buy or if you have a masters architect degree that would help.

While I am happy with quick delivery, I thought that it's good to give you a head up: The plastic plants were badly molded and I need to gave them a good wash then disinfected them! It's not a big deal if you know the problem and therefore handle them accordingly! Edit: Now I am started to put this house together and found out that many pieces missing i.e the B bag which including small things to make the decorations. I am not sure that I can complete this dollhouse despite I still keep some extra things from previous kits. I am thinking of return this one to the seller!

It is a bit difficult to assemble but the end the product is very nice too look at and I'm very please with it.

I love it and it actually has everything. my aunt got it on SHEIN but it didn't come with the music box or dusk protector and I really wanted to finish it properly so I bought it from here. Glad to actually have it this time though 😅 and now I have 2 sets that I can use the extras to make it look even better then what it shows so thanks for putting everything in and not making us buy all the parts separately
