I occasionally experience eczema flare-ups along my hairline and have tried a number of different shampoos over the years. Tea tree oil-based products, despite being recommended by some, seem to make my eczema worse, so they simply aren't an option for me. I also tried the Head & Shoulders 2 in 1, hoping the conditioning formula would keep my scalp hydrated. Unfortunately, it left my hair feeling greasy without doing much to soothe the irritation. Switching to Head & Shoulders DermaXPro Soothing Comfort made a noticeable difference almost immediately. It helped calm the eczema around my hairline and made it much more manageable, while leaving my hair feeling clean rather than weighed down. Everyone's skin is different, but if you have a sensitive, eczema-prone scalp and haven't had success with other anti-dandruff shampoos, this one is well worth trying.
