Does it work the same as plff002?

If it's a different model, it won't fit.

Why is the Carbon leaking? I’ve recently noticed that the filter is turning black within a few days of changing it, the carbon is leaking

Please fully soak the filter for 5 minutes an rinse 1 minute under tap before the first use. If there are any issues, please contact the Petlibro customer service team.

What are the filter sponges for? There are no instructions on what to use them with.

Hi, the foam piece needs to be installed in the pump, you can find there is a foam piece inside the pump to replace it.

How long does the pump last? Or how often I need to change it?

Dear Customer, Thanks for your question. Normally we suggest cleaning the pump and replacing the filter at least every two weeks, so the water can keep clean and the fountain can work for a long time. For customers who have several pets, it needs to clean and replace the filters more often. The service life of the pump depends on the daily maintenance of the water fountain, and it also has a lot to do with the environment, water quality, and so on. If there is any other issue with the product, you can contact our customer service team through the email on the manual instruction. Best regards, Customer Service Team
