Does this whiteboard stick to refrigerator?

YES it can,if the refrigerator is made with a metal face. It has magnets on the back so the surface would have to be something a magnetic can attach too.

Will magnets stick to the writing surface?

Yes the magnet sticks directly to the board. I love mine. I highly recommend getting one.

Can the clip for the marker be removed?

The whiteboard I have with a pink edge does not have a clip. Doubled check the info on the site if you're buying a VUSIGN.

can i attach it to a glass door?

It's magnetic so no won't attach to glass. You could apply some kind of adhesive but then it's on there permanently.
