Love this MSM, it's the only kind I take. I love the purity of it, the way my hair and nails grow so much faster when I take it, and how there are no added unlabeled ingredients. There is no taste or smell to the capsules either. I open them and add them to my smoothies, 2 per day even though the nutrition facts state 1 capsule is a serving. I trust Vimergy, it's a pricey but worth it.
