The product is okayy not very bad or good. It takes a lot of time to pair the first time. After connecting it atleast for 5 minutes the audio breaks a lot. Audio leakage is a lot. Mic is good. In features it was written over ear but it is a on ear product. Beast mode is not too good. In the image it feels like a big headphone but it is really very small in size. These were the drawbacks I felt. Sound quality is good. Has a plastic build so handle with care And overall the product is fine not too good as expected.

I bought it just yesterday, excited about the promised 25 hours playback and ASAP Charge feature, but it’s completely dead out of the box! It won’t turn on at all, and no matter what charger or cable I use, it doesn’t take any charge – no LED light, nothing. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims premium quality and signature sound. Total waste of money – feels like a defective piece or poor quality control. I’ve seen similar complaints online about boAt headphones having charging port issues right from the start. Strongly regret buying this and won’t recommend boAt to anyone. Zero stars if possible! Please improve your product testing before selling such faulty items. Do not buy it from @amazon @boat
