What's the fabric like?

The fabric on the one I bought is a soft material I like it very much. The dress in pic I didn't buy that one as yet will buy the Good Times kaftans again

Will this still be roomy on someone who is a size 4X?

I think so. I like to get that don't cling so I'll often choose size 3x and sometimes 4X, and this is has some room to spare for me.
