I was disappointed that there were no heating elements in the wrap around neck portion other than that it is light weight and comfortable. Works well.

Heats up and reliefs my back and shoulders .

Even making heat 90minutes continuesly that not enough to get heat our body. Not worthful for our money.

Ok, I've been wearing it for an hour now and I love it! I suffer with mild back and neck pain from time to time and often use a hot water bottle (not just for pain relief, but warmth too). This gets warm enough to offer some relief for back pain but the heating element does not reach the neck; it is very cosy around the neck but there is no additional heat.This was very easy to use and wear. The cable is of a reasonable length and the whole thing is very comfortable.All in all, a lovely product which is keeping me toasty warm (main motivation for purchase) but I just wish there was a heating source for the neck area.

I've recently bought Renpho's body scales and was suitably impressed with both the product and how easy the companion app was to use. The product came well packaged with the relevant instructions and were clear and easy to follow. Comes with the usual selection of European language options in the manual, also includes a warranty which is a nice addition.The blanket/pad is made of a very plush velvet type material which is nice to the touch and the edges are a sealed soft material which should mean that over time the pad shouldn’t really fray or go tatty at the edges.The blanket does have to be connected via a plug for the heating mechanism to work, but is on a fairly long cable and I imagine that once you get it heated up you could unplug and wear it while it cools down.It has an inline controller that has 3 settings, I personally prefer the highest setting as that provides the most amount of heat and while it claims 60 degrees Celsius, I would say its more like 45 - it’s warm, but not offensively hot. The controller itself does appear to rattle a little if you move it, but this may just be the unit I received and it still appears to be in good working order.Overall the heat pad does provide relief to my back and does appear to be good value for money. My partner has said it will help with her period pains, win win for both of us. It will likely replace the hot water bottle which you need to go through the hassle of filling up and waiting for it to cool down every time, whereas this is just plug and a short wait for it to get up to maximum temperature.

I enjoyed unpacking it. There's no fuss and the product feels nice and very soft. The back and neck warmer has a simple, three-stage heat regulator. It's easy to put on but feels a tad strange with the huge collar. That is okay though as you get used and it helps keep the neck warm. It heats up fairly quick and feels good. The warmth relaxes my muscles and helps as I get very stiff neck, shoulder and back muscles. This seems to release the tension and help with the pain. My main gripe is that it is short. I'm 6 foot 2 and it doesn't stretch all the way to my lower back. As that is one of my pain areas I have to undo the top and move it around. Otherwise pretty good.Pros:- fast warmth and easy to use- nice, different levels of warmth to help with pain- great feeling materialCons:- feels a little bit cheap in the controls- too short if you are more than 6 foot
