St.Tropez Gradual Tan Classic Daily Firming Lotion Medium/Dark | Self Tanner

Love this stuff, smells a little at first but disappears quickly. Gives a great tan , looks natural . Last a while too, no sunbathing required, no damage to skin. Does not come off on clothing or bedding

Don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s necessary.Firstly the 1 hour tan express stuff is thee most best tan I’ve ever used and I’ve pretty much tried them all. I’m a frequent tanner and love being able to see the guide colour, have a lovely base and not smell like a wotsit.I found that washing my face and hands daily, like you do, made the tan go rather patchy on my hands and for my face, the tan just comes off too quickly. HOWEVER I stumbled upon this gradual tan and after trying the new st tropez tan (ultra violet) I was skeptical about whether or not their other products would be any good because the ultra violet is by far their worst product yet! Don’t waste your money on it. It goes black on you and comes off after two washes. Doesn’t tan your legs either. Just don’t do it.I wanted something to maintain the tan with the express 1 hour version as I love it so much but needed to keep it going for longer rather than waiting for it too go all patchy and look uneven after a few baths/showers. THIS is an absolute must have! It smellls absolutely delightful, it stays on for a very long time even after washing face a few times, it’s soft, smells expensive, firms and prolongs your base tan. After one use my patchy hands were back to a lovely tan fading lovely into my already used tan that didn’t match the rest of me lol. It’s worth it.

The jury is still out as to the firming element of this cream, however, the resulting tan is very natural looking and certainly my skin feels super-moisturised after using it. I find that I don't need to use it every day - but sometimes apply a second coat some several hours later to ensure a deeper result. Great quality and good value for money.

Brilliant coverage which looks natural and easy to use. The only down side is the smell after a while however, it’s not as bad as some of the other similar makes. Abd , disappears after a shower

I had previously been using Gatineau golden glow but couldn't justify the price. This is brilliant and hardly smells once it's developed. The smell of the lotion itself was really nice as well. Gave a decent glow on first application, more than the Gatineau (would have to apply for 2 days for same result). My new favourite. Will be using this going forward!

Great natural looking tan. Nice moisturiser too. Always depended on St Tropez products and this is why!

Wow! Tan in a bottle. I tanned in tanning beds for EVER. Had to stop, tried spray tanning - I HATED it! This is really good lotion to keep a base tan and constantly looking tan. I put it on with disposable gloves and let me tell you, it gets in every wrinkle and crease you have!! You can move you upper arm area all around while putting this on so it comes out evenly. I haven’t noticed any color change on any clothing or bedding and it dries really quick so I just stand naked for about 3-5 min. The smell is a strong perfumey tanning smell but it goes away the next day and it didn’t give me a headache. I tried Bondi Sands first, got a little color then tried this and got more color. I might switch between the two. But this is a good dark color. Not orange. I used it 2 nights then actually took a break on my legs as they were pretty dark! You can get your hands and feel really well with a brush and even your toes with a wedge sponge. It makes it look like a natural tan. I’d definitely recommend and they are cheap!
