Barely a soft tweet
The one I received cannot be a heard two feet away. Barely makes a sound. This would not work for a rescue, or any other purpose. It does not make a loud sound. It cannot be heard at a distance. The one I received is a waste of my money. I am glad I tried it out at home before relying on it.
