Great Salt and Pepper. ( I managed to find the white salt grinder) sensible and pretty. Not too big. Easy to fill and to use.Very pleased with them.

This wooden mill is really very nice. It has an attractive, traditionally-turned finish and the forget-me-not blue colour is pretty. The painted wood doesn’t look like wood (it has an extremely high-shine finish and the paint is very thick, giving it quite a plasticky appearance) until you turn it upside down – the paint is much thinner around the grinder – or open the top, as inside is unfinished wood. The mill feels sturdy and well made.I was given the pepper mill to review through the Vine review programme, and liked it enough to buy the accompanying salt. Both work effectively, and these really reminded me of a set my parents had when I was little (by the same brand) – so serve up a healthy dose of nostalgia with my seasonings.

Classic piece from this brand and the colour looks amazing in any wood/country finish kitchen, especially if you've gone with sage green somewhere in the kitchen.Lovely pepper mill to colour coordinate with a kitchen theme and works brilliantly as you'd expect from Cole & Mason, what's not to love.

It seems like I've been waiting years for this pepper mill! I've bought many over the years (always cheap and cheerful), only to be disappointed by their performance, or to discover they break.This one goes back to basics. A beautifully finished wooden body that is easy to fill, and a great grinder that offers course to fine grinds.There's not more that I can add to that. It is really the best pepper mill I've ever owned, and I heartily recommend it to anyone looking.I always try to write an honest and unbiased review of all the products I order. My reviews are only my opinion, of course, but I hope they help.
