Great start for a home gym
My chiropractor recommended hanging to maintain my spinal health and flexibility and this product fit the bill and also inspired me to build out the entire system and it has been health changing. Not an easy install. As a contractor this was a gimme, if you are not handy please get a qualified installer. It can easily go south if you overdrive the pilot holes or over tighten the bolts.

BEST PULL UP BAR
This is a quality piece of work. The finish and fit is perfect and lines up perfectly to 48" studs. Also love the hooks so I can use my bands too. That was an added plus. I haven't seen anything else like it out there. I'm 210lbs and had no issues whatsoever. No disappointments. Worth every penny.
