Great Seasoning

This is a great product if you like to enjoy spicy food. Level 4 heat in this case is quite spicy (spicier than sambal olek or sriracha IMO).I really wanted to make a spicy beef dish, so after reviewing a few products on Amazon, decided to buy this. Great move! I used this to marinate thinly sliced sandwich beef following a basic bulgogi recipe. I made a slight mistake of piling on too much "cold" meat on a hot skillet, so I didn't get the browning I desired. Otherwise, this is a great product for whipping up a quick marinade. I am certainly looking forward to trying another recipe using this very soon.
