I kept this item, as the return policies are not so favorable. I have seen a more rigid seller on Amazon. The product is very attractive. search around because there are so many conventional ways to heat lotion and/or oil

The plastic bottle is a good heavy plastic & can handle the heat. Wish it was larger. I use lotion & oil mixture mixed together!

The unit works well, but the supplier states that the bottle used in the warmer should be glass, not plastic, but the unit comes with a plastic bottle which was disappointing. If I could find a glass bottle the proper size I would switch to it but I cannot locate one. I have used the unit one time as I just got it, so will see how it holds up.

The bottle warmer works well and hopefully will last a long time

I had one years ago. Worked well for 3 years then fell apart. Heats perfectly and quickly. I love this. Love that it came with a pump bottle.

Works great. Use it for warming up massage gels.. warms up gel in about 10 min then I shut it off and the bottle stays warm enough for the duration of the massage.. However, it does turn on and off by its self

The only reason I gave it the second star is because it actually does heat the oil better than some others that I have tried. However, the product is put together very cheaply. I bought three of them about two months ago. One has completely fallen apart and a second one is starting to.I inquired about a replacement and just got an automated no. I asked about warranty information from seller (Vandue) and I have not heard back. So I asked Amazon about the warranty and got this: We looked into your recent request for a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty for Royal Massage Oil/Lotion Bottle Warmer with Auto-Temperature, but we weren’t able to locate the manufacturer’s warranty information for this product. This may mean this item doesn't come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for more information.Update: The seller did get back to me and said that they had a 60 day return, it was 64 days when I made my request :-(

The problem with this warmer is that after you use it the first time, whatever is left in the pump, comes out cold, until you get to the warmed oil. Usually what is in the pump will take care of the entire massage. We usually remove the oil from the pump and put back into the warmer. It only warms to a certain temperature (which is very appropriate); and will shut off until the oil cools. For the price, this is a really good product.
