Easy to take and did the job. I was sick of taking ones that you dissolve under the tongue but these were just clean and easy to take. Great product!

Perfect small capsule to swallow

B 12 is a great overall supplement, however I feel taking it at night it kept me awake.

The vitamin is good however missing the protective seal on outside of lid. Not sure why that was not on there hopefully I am not poisoned?
