One bag has seeds, dried cranberries, almonds, and walnuts, one bag has raisins, walnuts, cranberries, and seeds, and the other bag has walnuts, almonds, pistachio sunflower, seeds, and raisins. These items are very nutritious, fresh, and tasty. Excellent to pack and lunchboxes for your kids or when you need a quick snack for the go. Calorie amount is good to help. You have a light breakfast or lunch and not fall asleep or become sluggish if you’re working or doing stuff around the home. Great product fast shipping

I bought these to increase my fiber and antioxidant intake. They are a great snack for work.

Very easy to use and well mixed organic dried fruits and nuts. An organic trail mix that I have used for years. - I do mix them together into my old class jars (Organic Apple Butter Spread) to make it easier to separate the mix with 'too many cranberries' so sugar is less. The sizes of the mixes are nice. Nice energy booster when working out, traveling, etc. And my grandkids love it.

Each of these packages has just enough nuts, dried fruit and pumpkin seeds to be a satisfying snack. If you are still hungry you can of course eat two packages which my husband seems to do. I put these in our snack box for anytime we need some food fast. These taste mostly of sweet cranberries with a little tartness and the crunchy unsalted nuts and pumpkin seeds.
