Does the trick
Nice little shoulder holster. I get a comfy fit after adjusting the straps and can wear the holster for long periods without issue. Holds my PPK/S nicely. Great deal for the price.

Shoulder holster for Walther PPK
This is my first shoulder holster to own. I don't plan to wear one very often or all day when I do, so I could not see paying up to $250 for one. When I first started to adjust this to fit me, I thought that maybe $20 is not enough spent on a holster. Not a lot of instructions came with it and you just have to keep adjusting until you get it right. I think I finally found the proper fit. Once you get use to a shoulder holster I see no problem wearing this one all day if you want to. I have not owned a $250 leather holster, but I can't see that It would fit or do anymore for me then this one does. As the picture shows, the horizontal fit of the gun will not hide very well under you shirt or jacket. If that is a problem with you than I suggest you get the vertical fit holster. It will hide under your arm more than this one.

Unsafe for a PPK
I bought this for a Walther PPK. This particular gun is too loose in the holster, despite snugging down the straps. The gun slid out from under the strap with some bouncing movement and THE GUN FELL OUT OF THE HOLSTER. I'm very experienced with holsters; I consider this one unsafe.

After a little adjusting, it fits quite comfortably. The weapon is held very securely, and it doesn't hinder range of movement. A very comfortable system for carrying a relatively (by today's standards) heavy (1kg loaded) weapon.
