Well, I haven’t used mine enough to want to wash the inside. But it does appear that parts of the inside padding clip out from the shell, though not absolutely all of it. What comes out appears to be washable, but I can’t be 100% certain. It may be better to double check with the manufacturer

Try finding on Amazon or contacting seller. Maybe in Ali express, this helmet is Chinese. However, eBay can be an option.
