Podura 100ft Flexible Expanding Water Hose with 3/4 USA Standard Brass Fittings Connectors, Extra Strength Fabric, 8 Function Professional Garden Hose Nozzle - Red

I love the idea of these hoses. Light weight, less room for storage, I am an air conditioning service tech so those things are important. However, I used this one for the first time after a few months of purchase and it leaked profusely from the connection to the water connection. Not from the fitting connected to the faucet but from the side where the hose was factory fitted to the brass connector. I am sure it will fail totally after a few uses. I just wonder why these cant be made a bit better so that is not an issue. The idea is awesome... the product is not quite as awesome. This was used the first time to wash my car, not for business use.

I chose this hose with it's braided outer shell over the scrunchy outer shell design thinking it would be more durable. Well, I was wrong. About 3 months into using it it's rubber insides ruptured causing it to leak so bad that it was not usable. The hose was babied because I know how fragile these types of houses are. It was drained and put on my hose real after every use. It was only used to water flowers and the garden daily.

Used this hose for the first time today. There is a problem with the brass fitting on male end of the hose. It leaks badly no matter what type of nozzle is used on it. It leaks whether two rubber gaskets are used or one. It leaks have connected to another hose. It leaks no matter how hard you tighten the nozzle. You end up with water sprayed all over your clothing when trying to use this hose. I have seven hoses of different types and this is the only one with such a problem.

This is a great quality hose, at a great value. The hose stretches as you turn on the water. When you're finished the hose automatically compresses. Because of the construction of the hose, it makes it really easy to store and clean. I was also surprised to find out that it comes with the spray nozzle. I didn't know this when I ordered, and it was a very happy surprise. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Almost made it the entire summer without any issues. Used this product 2-3 times a week for about 3 months. Works fine but toward the end of the summer it started giving out in some places and now it leaks in a few spots. If you keep it along your grass and away from concrete youll probably get longer use. It tends to stick to concrete and overtime it will begin to go bad.

Good hose! This is the second one I bought [one earlier in Spring] It seems much stronger than others in the market. Customer service is excellent at Podura. This one came a week ago with the wrong couplings [female at both ends -- that doesn't work any better than male at both ends]' they replaced it immediately. Very happy

I really liked this hose until it broke after owning a year like my husband thought it would. We brought it into the garage during cold weather and everything to take care of it, but it still broke. The inner tubing detached and water just flows through the fabric along the length of the hose. Will not buy again!

Great product and a good value for a heavy duty expandable hose, the only thing I would change is to have the on/off switch a little further from the threads so it doesn't crowd the sprayer. I had to use two "O" rings to keep the switch off of the sprayer otherwise it hits the handle of the sprayer when you turn it on. I would fix that but I would still recommend the hose.
