My T Fine your lemon pudding is the best. It’s hard to find pudding that needs to be cooked and I found yours at Amazon . The grocery stores hardly have any pudding you need to cook. Around the holidays you can get chocolate unfortunately my family like the butterscotch, chocolate and lemon kind that you need to cook Great value for the price, reasonable.

Got this for a friend of mine who moved back to the UK as part of a "care package." She originally requested Jello brand so she could make lemon meringue pie, but I couldn't find it in the store. Came here, saw this was rated better, decided to give it a try. I sent her three boxes, and kept one for myself.DAYUM, that is some fine pie filling!! (I substituted 1/4 c lemon juice and some lemon peel for 1/4 c of the water, and used duck eggs because I have my own flock of quackers.) I strained the filling through a sieve to get rid of the little "scrambled egg" bits, so it was nice and perfect. Note - duck egg white doesn't get you a meringue as high and puffy as chicken eggs will, but the filling tastes soooo good you won't care.Husbeast and boychild loved it. Gonna get more.

Makes a great pie

Unfortunately I have not been able to get in my store but I love the lemon meringue pie you can make with it. Quick, easy and delicious. Comes out perfect every time and you don't have to worry about a runny filling. Nice tart flavor not overly sweet

I have been using this product for as long as I can remember. I love it ❤️. Use it to make pie, lemon bars, pudding, cookies, filling for cakes..Very versatile and DELICIOUS. To make it diet or diabetic friendly, I use sugar substitute, put in oven proof ramekins, top with meringue, also made with sugar substitute, and bake until golden brown. So good and you don't feel like you had to give up a wonderful dessert. Enjoy!
