to;dr: Well balanced, aromatic, awesomely nutty, chocolate undertones, in a low acidity full flavor cup. Try it, and it will surprise you! I brought this coffee reluctantly on a friend's recommendation, and was blown away how much better it tastes when compared to all other artesian coffees available in Seattle. In our home we have a stock rotation between a few big and few artisan coffee houses roasts. This roast tops them all. I am a fan, this will be a regular in our household!

My wife was very happy with this rich flavor, that is all I can say "My wife knows her coffee taste..."

Old not fresh

I like this single origin gourmet coffees from southern India, which is one of the few places where the coffee is shade grown with bio diversit. It tasts great, smells great. If you never tried, you got to try and I am sure you will like it. The package is beautiful, and it is a perfect gift to anyone. Thank you for bring Eka to US.

Love this new brand of coffee. Finally found something wih more of a kick for the morning and this has been great with a smooth taste. Would highly recommend to others!

Excellent coffee with a rich flavor. Nice packaging. Will be buying again.

I bought this coffee based on the good reviews, but didn't fall in love with them. I generally like dark roasts with complex flavors, but these beans were lighter than I expected and produced a less strong, less rich cup of coffee. That said, I realize everyone likes their coffee differently. If you prefer a lighter, 'brighter' cup of coffee there's a very good chance that you'll love these, but if you prefer a darker roast they might not be what you're looking for.

A great gift for a friend who loves coffee. She loves strong coffee and Eka coffee is superb.

Been a while since I purchased it so giving a generic feedback. I did enjoy this coffee, the beans looked high quality with an even roast. However, the roast was old (6 months) and that showed in lack of distinctive flavors. My suggestion- this good coffee can be made great if roasted within 15 days-1 month. Update: The seller promised complimentary 'Buy One Get One' offer on submitting the review, but did not follow up on the promise. Not reducing seller/coffee rating. But, on moral grounds will not be buying from them again.
