Review: very Happy with my purchase,.heats up quickly and does a great job on wrinkles - It was very easy to assemble . I purchased some distilled water for the tank,,,the tank does get used up quickly because of how much the steam is coming out...there is no way to decrease or increase the amount of steam to lesser or lower amount of steam but you can pause it while you are arranging the clothing. I like how compact it is while also being a full sized steamer...definitely recommend this....it's lightweight and the steam does come out super hot so I suggest being careful of putting your hands in front of where the steam is.

I used this on my linen blend drapes that my husband decided to hang before I could press them. One fill of the tank got me a little over an hour and a half of continuous steaming before I had to stop to refill. That made me very happy! The only thing I would change about this product would be a longer hose for reaching to the tops of drapes. However, it is identified as a garment steamer, so I know I shouldn't have expected it to have that type of hose. It would be nice to have that as an accessory available for purchase, though. If you want to steam out some wrinkles and freshen your clothes and your house, then this is the steamer for you!

A: We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of your steamer and to prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water (tap water).

**Q: The steam is weak**
A: The X3A is a commercial garment steamer model with 1800 watts of powerful steam. Please make sure to connect it to an outlet by itself with no other appliances. Make sure that the outlet can support 1800 watts.

**Q: I just got my steamer and the steam hose is really stiff.**
A: The hose is made with dual-insulated material to regulate temperature and once you start using your steamer, the hose will become softer.

**Q: The water leaks from the steamer.**
A: Please make sure that the water tank cap is securely attached to the water tank. If it's not attached correctly, the water will not drain properly and would leak.

**Q: How do I attach the steam hose to the steamer?**
A: The hose has a double-lock system. First, insert the hose to the unit. Hold the hose from the base and twist it clockwise in 2 full cycles. Once the hose is locked in place, pull the hose up to make sure it's tightly secured before using the steamer.

It was very easy to assemble . I bought this for steaming clothes, and overall it's done a good job. It produces plenty of steam, heats up quickly, and has worked reliably so far. My only real complaint is that the steam hose is fairly stiff. It can be a little awkward to reposition when working around different angles, and it doesn't move as freely as I'd like. Other than that, I've been happy with it and would recommend it if you need a commercial-style garment steamer.
