Lightweight, easy to use, and get the wrinkles out
I love this steamer way more than I should! It isn't heavy, even when full of water, so I have no trouble moving it where I need it to be. It's so easy to use. It heats up quickly and then you point the nozzle at your garments and off you go. It produces a very fine mist, so you don't wind up with water droplets dripping off your fabrics and onto the floor (a problem I did have with a different manufacturer's product). I used this on my linen blend drapes that my husband decided to hang before I could press them. One fill of the tank got me a little over an hour and a half of continuous steaming before I had to stop to refill. That made me very happy! The only thing I would change about this product would be a longer hose for reaching to the tops of drapes. However, it is identified as a garment steamer, so I know I shouldn't have expected it to have that type of hose. It would be nice to have that as an accessory available for purchase, though. If you want to steam out some wrinkles and freshen your clothes and your house, then this is the steamer for you!

Powerful & Easy-to-Use Garment Steamer
I ordered this in the navy color, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite home appliances. The 3-liter water tank is huge compared to most steamers I’ve used and it runs for well over an hour without needing a refill, which is perfect for doing a whole week’s worth of clothes or tackling larger items like curtains. The steam comes out strong and consistent, and it makes quick work of wrinkles on everything from cotton shirts to heavier fabrics. I really like the foot pedal control since it makes turning it on and off much more convenient when my hands are full. The hanger attachment and wide bar support are also handy for keeping clothes in place while steaming. It feels solid and well-built, but still easy to move around with the rolling wheels. When I’m done, the telescopic pole collapses for more compact storage. I like that this is a high-powered, durable steamer that’s simple to use and saves me a lot of ironing time. Great for both home use and heavier jobs.

Big and hot, gets the job done.
This steamer is labeled commercial, so its size and functionality are considered in this review. I keep it in the garage on that concrete floor because water is in the unit's reservoir. Water and hardwood flooring is not a good combination. Plus, there is much more 'elbow' room in the garage. Positives: - It gets good and hot and gets rid of wrinkles. - It is well designed so that storage is less of a hassle, it is wheeled, and it reduces down nicely. - The clothes hanger locking knob is a must-have feature and makes all the difference when steaming a shirt. - The water reservoir is more than adequate to steam many shirts and pants without refilling and reheating. - Added tools that come with this unit can also be helpful once you get the hang of using this device. Negatives: - The large diameter hose is clumsy to handle when steaming clothing. Its diameter seems a bit too wide, at about one inch OD. However, in defense of the engineering here, it is dealing with dangerously hot steam, and safety is always an issue. Again, the steam head seems a bit too large for the average hand, but that same dangerously hot steam is flowing through it, and you are holding it constantly. - The power switch is large and sturdy but too high up on the unit's base for older people to operate it with their foot. A lower position would solve that problem for me by helping me to keep my balance. I am glad I purchased this useful device because it speeds up a distasteful job: ironing shirts and pants. If you have the room and steam often, I suggest you stop using that little hand steamer and move up to this big boy. You will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Addendum: If, over time, this device fails to maintain the standards I expect from it, I will post any issues that arise. Amazon customers have had bad experiences with purchased products and feel they were 'taken' by the seller. As an engineer, I can tear most things down to their essence and report what I find. So far, the unit is performing as I expect it should. My suggestion to customers who want to report their displeasure with a purchase is that they take the time to carefully type out and 'read' what they type before posting their review. When I read a negative review that has misspelled words, hard-to-understand sentence structure, or absolutely makes no sense, I tend to dismiss that person's opinion. It's a human failing, but if I do it, others do it.

Product was defective but company made it right
UPDATE- Company reached out to me and made this right. They apologized as this is not a normal accurance with the machine nor customer service. As a customer you want great customer service and this company did just that! Thank you for reaching out and providing a solution to my problem. So I was really excited to finally purchase a steamer and i was quite disappointed with this unit! Upon setting it up and filling it with distilled water, I plugged the unit in and there really wasn't much steam coming out. I waited a good 10 mins and during that time the machine kept making a clanking noise constantly. I tried steaming a shirt and the steamer head just kept dripping water onto my shirt and like I said, hardly no steam. So I'm not sure if I just received a defected unit or not but I called Amazon and Amazon connected me to the company. I wasn't sure if I wanted to try an exchange or a full return. The lady seemed nice and seemed concerned but then the phone was disconnected. I requested another call from mfg and this time another lady who seemed like she could care less told me to just call Amazon! I explained to her the issue and what my concerns were and how I was debating whether I should do an exchange or not. She basically kept telling me the same thing, to call Amazon and either exchange or get a refund. I wanted to know if this was a common issue or have some assurance. Guess not so that answered my question. Return for a full refund! I want a company to have good customer support and care about the customer and stand by there product. This didn't happen so I cannot give them another try. My suggestion would be to keep looking at other steamers and check reviews.

Quick and Easy
I Looooove the steaming quality of this little machine, but I do not like the hanging mechanism. There is a flaw in the design. This steamer looks nice, holds a lot of water, lasts for a long time, heats up quickly, has height adjustment, the hanger pivots, and it is easy to use (except for the hanger). One other thing I dislike is that it doesn't have an auto shutdown.

very Happy with my purchase,.heats up quickly and does a great job on wrinkles
It was very easy to assemble . I purchased some distilled water for the tank,,,the tank does get used up quickly because of how much the steam is coming out...there is no way to decrease or increase the amount of steam to lesser or lower amount of steam but you can pause it while you are arranging the clothing. I like how compact it is while also being a full sized steamer...definitely recommend this....it's lightweight and the steam does come out super hot so I suggest being careful of putting your hands in front of where the steam is.

Excellent steamer with thoughtful upgrades, but skip the used option
I bought this to replace my old HAPAIS standing garment steamer after my puppy chewed through the power cord. Since I already had another 1800W standing steamer, I was able to compare the two side by side, and this one definitely has some major improvements. The first thing I loved is the foot pedal power switch. My old steamer didn’t have one, so I always had to remember to unplug it after every use. Being able to simply step on the pedal to turn it on and off is so much more convenient, especially considering I can now keep the steamer plugged in at all times (the unplugged cord is what caused my pup to find it wobbling around and start messing with it). I also really like the shirt hanger and pants hanger combination. My previous steamer only had a shirt hanger, so having the built-in pants clips is a nice upgrade. Another huge improvement is the 3L water tank. My old one only held 2L, so being able to steam longer without constantly stopping to refill is a big plus. It also produces about 90 minutes of continuous steam compared to my previous steamer’s 60 minutes. One feature I especially appreciate is the drain plug. My old steamer didn’t have one, and cleaning the tank once mineral buildup started forming was a pain. This one also explains in the manual how to clean it with a vinegar and water solution, which I thought was a thoughtful addition and should help extend the life of the steamer. The height is probably one of my favorite upgrades. My previous steamer extended to about 58 inches, while this one reaches 78 inches. I’m 5’8” and my husband is 6’0”, so we constantly found ourselves bending over with the old one. The extra height makes steaming much more comfortable. I also love that this model has wheels. My previous steamer didn’t, so moving it around the house was always awkward. The included crease/brush attachment is another nice feature. It makes it much easier to add crisp creases to pants and dress shirts. My only complaint is that I wish there was somewhere on the steamer itself to store the attachment when it’s not being used. I can easily see it getting misplaced over time. The larger steam head surprised me too. My old steamer had 10 smaller steam holes, while this one only has 6, but they’re much larger. The steaming surface is also noticeably wider, so it actually covers more fabric at once and finishes garments faster. There were a few things that weren’t immediately intuitive. At first I thought there wasn’t a front hanger hook because all I saw was the large lock/unlock knob. I actually tried hanging a hanger over that before realizing, after reading the manual and looking back at the product photos, that the knob rotates to unlock the hanger assembly. Once I figured it out it made sense, but I don’t think it’s very obvious at first glance. I also had to look at the manual to figure out how the pants hanger attached to the shirt hanger because it wasn’t immediately self-explanatory. My biggest disappointment was that this steamer only has one steam setting. My previous steamer offered multiple steam levels for different fabrics, and since I wear a lot of silk and delicate materials, I do miss having that control. It steams very well, but I do find myself being a little more cautious with delicate fabrics. Another feature I miss is the small ironing board and heat-resistant glove that came with my previous steamer. I didn’t use them often, but they were nice for laying clothes flat, especially when pressing my kids’ school uniforms or having my older kids use the glove to safely learn how to steam their own clothing. I knew this model didn’t include those accessories before purchasing, so it wasn’t a deal breaker, but I definitely miss having them available. One thing I also wish this model had is an automatic shutoff. Some of the other steamers I looked at offered that feature, and while I ultimately chose this one because of the taller height, larger tank, wheels and crease attachment, an auto shutoff would provide extra peace of mind if you ever forgot to turn it off. My biggest complaint honestly has nothing to do with the steamer itself. I purchased the used version to save about $30 ($119 used vs. $149 new). I’ve purchased used items from Amazon many times before and they’ve always been in excellent condition, so I felt comfortable doing it again. Unfortunately, this one arrived with leftover water residue, white buildup inside the tank, fuzz and even hair stuck in the brush attachment. It honestly looked like someone simply packed it back into the box after using it without cleaning anything first. Being pregnant, that was especially off-putting from a cleanliness standpoint. Thankfully, everything works properly, but the condition was honestly pretty gross. Had I known it would arrive like this, I absolutely would’ve spent the extra $30 for a new one instead. It didn’t feel like any quality inspection had been done before it was resold. Overall, I think this would have easily been a 4-star product if it had arrived clean and in better condition. It has a lot of thoughtful upgrades over my previous steamer, and I actually prefer many of its features. However, the lack of multiple steam settings, the missing auto shutoff and especially the poor condition of the used item knocked it down for me. If you’re buying new, I think you’ll probably be very happy with it. If you’re considering buying used, I’d personally spend the extra money and purchase it new instead.

Happy with this product
My wife is loving this new steamer. I will say however that the water container could be better designed to accommodate filling it. A flat top would help stabilize it instead of trying to find a suitable position in the sink.

The steamer is efficient and works well. However, its design is not very practical. The power cord is too short, making it less convenient to use, and it lacks a handle, making it difficult to move from one place to another.
