love these just like getting a banana bag at the er . But its a drink instead of an iv . Be careful though only use 1 time a week or less . because they do have lots of vitamins in them . only for severe dehydration ! dissolves easy ! works fast ! great size ! great taste !

I have Dysautonomia and a very difficult time keeping up with my electrolytes and hydration. These work so well that I want to cry. I will warn you, they don’t taste good. To me, I don’t care how they taste as long as they work. These are the only things that help me keep up with my hydration. I highly recommend if you are having a hard time with hydration.

Tastes awful! Tried mixing in with another drink, watering down or using less water and no matter what it tastes bad. It smells like vitamin B pills from a store but crushed up. Haven't noticed a difference in how I feel after drinking them besides being nauseous temporarily due to the flavor. Would not buy again due to taste and cost. It is very easy to use.

Best rehydration drink around. Yes it's a little expensive. But you get what you pay for, and no it doesn't taste like banana..The orange is very good too. My sister has a rare skin condition and has to keep hydrated with water and lotion constantly. She said this has made a huge difference to her daily life because of all the vitamins it has in it.
