Kinesiology Tape (3pack) - 5m Roll of Elastic Water Resistant Tape for Support & Muscle Recovery - Quality Sports Tape (Purple)

Titanium sports kinesiology tape premium quality 3 pack of 5cmx5m rolls in blue I've tried a few tapes and this one hits the value for money win for me. There are some terrible cheap tapes out there but this one stayed on all day in a tournament when other more expensive products haven't. Conditions were dry but I sweated and sprayed freeze spray on it during the day. Plenty of opportunity for it to come off with diving on grass but it stayed put. I've showered at least daily with it on, done heaps of icing and sweating and each application lasts 4-5 days before needing replacing. It feels a bit thinner than other tapes but applied correctly it does the job. Anchor it properly and then stretch it a bit whilst sticking it down with appropriate amount of joint flexion. For example for fluid reduction as per pic I anchor on a flexed knee, stretch to 100% and then read l relaxing it to 75% before anchoring the other end and then rearranging the lattice. It didn't roll up on the edges when the line was an arc around my knee when applying it for a patella lift. There was a comment about removing it correctly to avoid blisters or damaging the skin. I don't know what correct is, but after 5 days I can pull it off with no real damage. I would like to know though! My skin is sensitive and can itch and even get an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis) with some adhesives (eg cosmopore) but I'm fine with this one. I have other allergies too. There are definitely thicker, heavier duty products out there but at this price point, this is the best I've tried. Get the right tape for the job. This tape works well for me right now. I'm impressed. I like the colour too. I'm very happy with it and I would order again.

On the basis that you get what you pay for, I usually buy the branded tape but I have been impressed by the quality. Adherence and elasticity are good and the strapping survives in and out of the shower without peeling off

Sticks well, if you put over hair it will pull it off. Couple of soaks in bath it starts to come off but overall does the trick in keeping pressure points and muscles at ease.

Got Plantar Fasciitis, never heard of it before got the foot pain. Bought shoe inserts and was recommended buy sports tape to strap it up too for support. No idea about sports tape as never used it before! Read reviews about this brand it sounded good, not too expensive like some others, thought take a chance. Bought this companies pale blue tape to try and was really impressed. So bought this dark blue tape 3 pack and it is even more adhesive than the pale blue for some reason?! (had different adhesive backing strip) . This stuff is brilliantly sticky, stays on for days even getting it soaking wet in the shower every day. I round each corner of tape off with scissors so sharp corners don't catch on socks and shoes as the there would be a weak point and tape's more likely to peel off. You must have clean dry feet before put it on though. Can't recommend this stuff enough. The 3 pack is really great value. Watch you tube for tips how to apply it. Physios "Bob and Brad" are good for advice I found (even though a bonkers double act! This tape is excellent so I'm going to keep buying it until foot better

I brought this product last month and found that it worked brilliant. The adhesive was great, it rarely came undone until I had to take it off (in which I had to put oil on and wait 10 minutes otherwise it would rip off a layer of skin) However, after buying it for a second time the quality has gone downhill. The adhesive is a lot worse, having to use twice as much just to achieve the same purpose and it’s still just pealing. It does the job but only for a few hours, whereas before it lasted for a few days before this happened. Disappointed really.

I needed some Kinesiology Tape following a minor though irritating Sports injury and after reading the reviews I ordered this pack. It worked just fine for me and I only used about 1 roll of it before the issue resolved. Just a few tips though: 1. Do not overstretch you skin to make this too tight as it will end up being uncomfortable in the short term. 2. Change it regularly as it is not waterproof in shower or bath really. 3. If you did not change it regularly or you leave it on/replace it in the same place, it can leave an irritating looking mark on your skin for a few days....but if you are not too 'precious' about that, it will do a good job for you at a realistic cost.

I've used a variety of KT tapes from the branded variants to the cheapest possible ones across the globe. This tape is a great value and great ease of use but when removing from the skin it rips out considerably more hairs than other tapes (super strong glue). sometimes the adhesive was so strong it would leave a rash/red areas where used. otherwise very good
