Best mat ever..so nice my friend took it back to France

I am so pleased with this carpet, the colour Copper is a lovely warm colour that fits in well with my dark brown sofa and chairs , light green walls and mustard cushions. It is really soft to walk on and I think the price is really good compared with others on the market. The only thing I find a problem is when hoovered you get 'tramlines' which does not look good but once having walked about on it, the 'lines' gradually disappear.

It's okay. For the price it is okay. It won't be very durable over the longterm. It does have a backing that makes it stay in place, but the rug overall is quite thin. I'm happy with it as a temporary measure. I purchased the cream and it is a lovely ivory colour,no yellow tones at all. Fluffy on the feet and hoovers fine. Shipping was a process. All in all a decent rug for the price .

Beautiful well made rug great size love it

I’ve ordered 2 rugs small and big 200x230 in silver. And now only the big one arrived. It looks shabby, like a shabby teddy bear and the colour silver does not look silver but more like white-grey. The seams on the sides look cheap and like they won’t hold long. The material it’s made from looks like one of those materials that get dirty quick and collect all sorts of little dust and bits particles, so it would be difficult cleaning it. As for the customer care: They refunded me for the small rug that never arrived very quick and apologised. But to be able to return the big 200x230 rug I have to travel to a parcel force drop off point, and in my in my city the drop off point is very far from me and I don’t drive, so you can imagine how difficult it will be for me to return… and to add to it, when you create the return it is only when you pressure them messaging a few times that they finally tell you how to send it back to them. anyways all I’m saying is be sure you really love this to purchase, because you wait for it for 2 weeks to arrive, then you get completely disappointed with the quality and then get a nightmare to deal with returning it.

The material and rug it's self is lovely and soft and dense but the colour is nothing like the picture. I went for the beige 2 (as darker than beige 1 in picture). Unfortunately it in no way is darker and is actually a cream colour, very light and pale. I would not have ordered this colour as does not match and highly impractical in living room. Unfortunately was unwrapped and put down (with dog on it) before I could view it. So can't return. It also has a different colours when brushed different ways which I hate as you can see foot marks on it. Maybe a nice bedroom rug but too light and not as described/pictured for me. Dog likes it.

I am really impressed with this rug! As an animal owner i go through so many rugs so wanted a machine washable one that wasnt too thin! Thought id try this as it was in the black friday sale and im glad i did! The thinkness is great its non slip so dosent move about like other reviews suggest! I put some books around the edges for a few days when i first put it down and it was perfectly flat! Ive washed it once and although its a tight squeeze if u roll it tight u can machine was it . Washing it hasnt effected the quality or softness of the rug! I will moat definatly buy in other colours for ny bedrooms U cant go wrong at this price!

Soft rug, lovely copper colour and wide long runner (check your sizing!) Fits the hall perfectly. Recommended, I appreciate the value for money too.
