Amazing replacement
Super great, fits amazing, sits great in the window. Only gripe is the exhaust hose sits pretty loose on the window mount. The seal tape helps alot too.

Not a complete kit, additional pieces required
It is ok, but not perfect. The sliding rails for adjustment do not lock into position, so bumping it puts them out of adjustment. The instructions show a locking ring, to the lock the exhaust hose into the funnel shaped adapter, yet this piece is not included in this kit and has to be purchased separately raising the cost to around $40 for the actual "complete" kit. All in all it worked for me in a pinch, ill probably end up using foil tape or something for a better seal.

Does not work for Toshibas
Does not fit Toshiba portable A/C. The hole in the window plate is the wrong shape for the factory exhaust hose, but the supllied hose is just a little too small for the A/C so it will leak if you tried to use it. Not able to return or I would.
