Will I need to purchase spacers separately?

Yes, you will need to buy spacers separately. I have a set of energy wheels and the bearings are perfect for my roller skates. I hope that helps, I didn’t need to buy spacers.

My bearings did not come with bearing shields is this normal?

I’ve noticed with this particular set one side is covered and the other isn’t. I haven’t had a problem. I love this bearings .
