Nice thing, quality is very good. But have few cons: screw didn’t has any stopper (you can screw it tight and then it will be unusable) Also eject is not always easy to make. Didn’t find place where it really can help in my workflow. Most time laying on shelve

I have found this mini locking base and plate quite useful when connecting smaller accessories, such as an external recorder, to the camera cage. It locks everything very well and does not require twisting a knob. I recommend using the Allen wrench to fasten the plate to the accessory permanently. Once this is done the next time it clicks in place wherever you put the base mount on. The advantage is that it has a very small footprint compared to traditional QR plates. Note that it does not replace the QR plate for a camera or so, as when the plate attached, It's not possible to put the camera on a flat surface or table.

You don’t think you need this, but you do. It makes life much easier and highly recommend. Very durable build, quick release design and very functional.

Worked a treat. Used to connect my insta360 to my motorbike. Zero play when seared in place. Feels secure (safe). The only thing that i’d would change is the spring handle has play and when clicked it. The its no biggie unless sound recording. I would assume a slight rattle? This thing is tiny. I’m very happy with it.

Smaller than expected, but allows me to open the battery compartment and switch out batteries quickly while it’s still attached, and then throw it back on a tripod immediately. All metal, so I’m expecting it to stay intact. Exactly what I needed. Slightly finicky because it’s so tiny but I’m fine with that.

Very lightweight. Very secure connection. Requires a bit of force to seat so best to pickup a plastic mini tripod when attaching. Included allen wrench can be used to unscrew the two silver pins when attacking to items that don't have the pin holes, eg some Gimbals. Works well with my Hohem Steady M6 Gimbal. It's small enough I can fit the gimbal back in the case with it attached.
