Social Mixers Ginger Lemongrass Simple Syrup can transform sparkling water into a memorable beverage. The 8oz glass bottle holds an intoxicating fragrance of ginger and lemongrass. The pale yellow syrup mixed effortlessly with either sparkling water or vodka. I liked that I could customize my drinks and if I wanted a stronger or more prominent flavor, I could just add more syrup. The flavor is clean, bright, and fresh. The ginger and lemongrass complimented one another and did not overpower each flavor which surprised me. I loved being able to upgrade sparkling water by simply adding a splash of this syrup. The ingredients include ginger and lemongrass infusion (water, organic ginger root, and organic lemongrass), organic cane sugar, and Non-GMO citric acid. There are 8 servings per bottle per the manufacturer. I really enjoyed this Ginger Lemongrass Simple Syrup and look forward to trying more offerings from Social Mixers.

I like the taste of this syrup but the bottle is much smaller than other syrups I've used in past. It is in a glass bottle so it won't get any plastic taste in the syrup. Depending on what it's used for, it will make about 8 to 16 servings. I have a carbonator machine so I've been making ginger ale at home - it works well for that and it has a special flavor setting it apart from store bought brands.I was provided it for my review and it is a quality product. But I cant afford to stock my bar with this - it would cost me around $2 a serving for ginger ale. For a special occasional purchase, I like it for something different.The seller has a website thesocialmixers that has a section for recipes that are pretty easy. It has a list of non-alcoholic drinks to try also. It includes flavoring kombucha with this which I think would work out really well although I have none on hand to try. I give 4 stars because I like it but I feel it could be a bit more affordable.

In general, I love the flavor of ginger and I always order ginger-based drinks when I'm out. I don't often try to emulate them at home, but this Ginger Lemongrass syrup makes it super simple - and delicious. This is a medium-sized bottle that can make about 8 mixed (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) drinks. And even if I wasn't feeling creative, the bottle directed me to their website for easy, tasty recipes.I particularly also like that the ingredients in this mixer are all natural and organic (the citric acid is non-GMO) - prioritizing organic food and drinks (and absolutely no GMO products) is a priority for me. There's also no artificial sweeteners or HFCS, which is excellent. The bottle, ingredients, and taste all demonstrate that this is a high-quality product. If you love the flavor of ginger, absolutely try this delicious mixer.

The ginger flavor of this is just too strong for me. Might try to use it in a stir fry as it didn't pair well with tea for me.

I like the flavor of this simple syrup. It is light but flavorful and I do taste the ginger and hints of lemongrass. My husband likes to mix it with gin, but I think you could use it for many other types of drinks.

Currently I only drink non alcoholic drinks, and I like mixing this mixer with sparkling water or club soda for a little kicker

This is a great lemongrass ginger flavored simple syrup and we’ve tried adding it to both vodka and Gin. They all tasted good. The sweetness is just right and I would recommend buying this if you want some flavored simple syrup.Otherwise if you are only looking for a standard simple syrup, it’s also quite easy to make it at home. Just blend the same portion of water and sugar together and stir!
