im 14 years old wich size is for a 14 year old ?

My son is 15 and he wears a 2XL in the Champion shirt. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds, so he wears adult sizes. It depends on your height and weight and if you wear adult or youth sizes.

It’s an actual champion brand T-shirt or a generic brand? What the tag says?

Yup! Ordered 3 of these and all are authentic.
