I purchased this Injection pen in September 10th 2022 according to the warranty information the battery SHOULD last for 4 to 5 yrs take this information with a very large pinch of salt the battery in mine is running out and is showing end in the display I contacted the seller who told me I needed to contact Novo Nordisk the maker. I did this only to be told they do not support Amazon purchasesOr sellers so if you want one of these be warned don’t expect any warranty, it’s a crying shame as it is a great device apart from the battery life I shall just have to use as is.\

Cannot use with my cartridge
No clear indication of supported cartridge. I cannot use it with my cartridge but it in non-refundable!!!

I did wonder how the data will connect but linked to my LIBRALink app app well, so pleased.

Don’t buy from here
Absolute awful service. Battery died after 1 month. Told me I needed to contact Novo direct. You need to brush up on the Consumer Act 2015. Awful seller
