what area of the 160 x120 cm throw has heating panel in please?

85x125 is the actual heating elements

After removing plug for cleaning the socket is still attached and has metal pins is this really meant to go in the washing machine?

I wash and dry mine regularly using the synthetics functions on both washing machine and condenser dryer and it's still working perfectly

Is it rechargeable or battery operated? Does it only work when plugged in?

Mains operated. You would need a monster battery to operate this for more than a few minutes!

I purchased this in november it has stopped working how do I get this replaced?
