I am not sure if i have noticed a massive improvement in my health but it definately tastes like black seed oil. Goo thing is they don't use any other ingredients apart from beef gelatine.

Iv taken BSO by the spoon and it tastes awful, so I tried the the capsules, much better and they dont come back on yah!

If you don't like the flavour of black seed oil then this is a good delivery system - just swallow capsules and hope that you don't burp the flavour up. If you do, just take the capsules with food.This is good quality black seed oil and exactly the sort of oil to be recommended. As to the benefits... members of the family have been taking this on a regular basis and swear by it. So do your research and if you think it may have health benefits then this is the brand to go for. Recommended.

If you've tried black seed oil in its oil form you'll appreciate that the taste and texture isn't the best thing to experience unless you're used to indian cuisine which uses a lot of black seed/cumin/jira.These capsules negate the experience of having oil in the mouth and they are easy to swallow being soft gel (beef gelatin) capsules.The recommended dose is 2 capsules which with all supplements tend to be better taken with a meal.If you're not aware of the potential benefits of black seed oil then do your research before buying to see if these may help you with any ailments you have, although there isn't extensive conclusive research which proves the benefits of black seed oil, let's not forget that this seed has been used for centuries in Indian cuisine and claims that it can help ayruvedically with digestion issues, diabetes type 2, high blood pressure etc etc etc are banded around and some limited studies have suggested this can help, acting as an antioxidant, anti inflammatory etc etc.As with all supplements always check with your health care professional before using and especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication and/or have a medical condition.These aren't suitable for vegans as the capsules are made from beef gelatin.They're halal approved as well.These are made from cold pressed black seed (nigella sativa) which means they keep all of their richness in the oil without any form of processing or heat treating and you can feel assured you're getting a quality product.2 months supply at the recommended dose for just over £13 seems like a decent enough price for a decent pack of capsules.And no oily taste in the mouth which is a huge plus :-)

Black seed oil is miracle, miracle stuff!Being honest, I've been taking Inspiriko's black seed oil in liquid form (must review it) but husband can't tolerate the flavour (truly, it tastes a little like motor oil and took me about 4 months of daily use to be able to tolerate it without weeping) so he's taking these, and they're brilliant.They deal with indigestion; they settle IBS symptoms; they fight inflammation; they're phenomenal antioxidants; they can aid in weight loss... and black seed oil in liquid form can be used topically to treat acne, wounds and, among other things, psoriasis.Black seed oil is *amazing* stuff, and these capsules are just £13.49 for a 2 month supply, which is more expensive than other brands, but still incredible. If I could only take 4 or 5 supplements every day, black seed oil would be one of them. Can't recommend it more highly!

After 2nd day taking these i got severe pain right side abdomen (liver area) and going through the reviews I’ve noticed someone else stating the same so will not be taking anymore

Good quality black seed oil capsules.Medium in size and easy to swallow.Much easier form of taking very beneficial for health black seed oil.Still giving me this strong tasted burps about 10-15 minutes from swallowing.Effectively helping with my asthma.Taking 2 capsules a day this bottle should last for 2 months. At £13.49 per bottle it is a good buy.Recommended.
