Pleasantly surprised by this. I have been dealing with hair loss caused by stress. While minoxidil has been helping to grow it back, my widening part has been a point of insecurity. I went with the ash brown and feel the color blends well with my natural color. I’m new to using a product like this and I’m sure there will be a learning curve, but it seems to have decent longevity and is a quick/easy enough application. I sweat a lot in warmer weather though, so we will see if I end up with brown streaks wearing this out… Will update if anything super embarrassing happens, but for now I am feeling more confident and less like I have a blinding white beacon on top of my head. And that’s a win in my book!

Ok, I love this boldify. I get the dark brown, and it matches my hair perfectly! I love that you can just tap it on, and you don't get a big blob of color like with the sprays. This just helps me in between my root touchups. I only use it on my part, and my hairline to hide the gray. I do not use it all over. I also just figured out I can use it on my eyebrows too, just to give them a little more color before I apply my eyebrow pencil. I just use a small flat eye shadow brush to put it on. I love it because I use less eye brown pencil, so it looks more natural. I'm awful at doing my eyebrows so this helps! This lasts me a couple months, if not more because I don't use it all over. I definitely recommend it. It does have a dull finish because it's a powder, but since I only use it a little and not all over, it's not a big deal.

Thirteen years ago I bought the very costly original root-covering powder product like this and its companion brush applicator. Guess what! I am STILL using it! Great value for the money. But I'm almost out of it, so I thought I'd try this because the reviews are so good. And it is a good product. Blends nicely, doesn't rub off, matches my color. But the poorly-designed foam applicator is awkward to handle. Doesn't maneuver as nicely as a brush and doesn't allow for detailed areas like my widow's peak and around my temples and ears. I have been using my old brush applicator instead. I am also concerned that there isn't really very much product in the container. My guess? Deep container, shallow pan of product. We'll see...

This is a must have for girlies with thinning hair. If you feel like the front of your hairline is thinning, or any part of your hair is thinning, this will remove any insecurity about that. It's actually a game changer. There have been periods in my life, when I was stressed, and my hair came out. I have tried other things, but this has become my go to product. It comes with a sponge to apply. However, I put mine in a small container and crush it then use a makeup brush to apply. It has helped me through my most stressful times and has given me alot of confidence. No more worrying about see through hair. It washes out perfectly when I wash my hair. No residue to make my hair greasy. It also stays put for a couple of days. I have noticed that after 3 days that I need to touch it up. And that's another thing, it acts like dry shampoo. I don't have to wash my hair as often because it stays cleaner longer. Well worth the money just for the peace of mind.

I am so excited that I got this product. I happened upon by accident. I have silver gray hair. I’ve had this color hair for many years since I started turning gray at 16. I actually love my gray hair, but it’s not super thin, but I realized by reading the article that gray hair can be translucent and I think that’s why you could see a little bit of my pink scalp through the front part of my hair along my hairline , well Boldify definitely solved that problem instantly I’m so happy. It’s one of those products I will never live without again in my entire life.❤️

Great powder. I bought a similar brand “t****k” from here as well but I prefer this BOLDIFY. I bought my natural color (medium brown) but it was a tad light. And you can see how light it is when you apply it. I usually have to apply and then comb or wipe away the excess on my hair after it’s pressed on my scalp. I suggest getting a shade darker if you don’t want to do that. It may look like your hair is more dense as well if you apply it light enough. Buying again!

I have thin hair and I use this to help cover some of my scalp where my hair is thinning. It blends well and makes my hair appear thicker. My only criticism is that it does sometimes wipe off onto my hands or glasses (when I put them on top of my head). Just be careful to not overapply. I then tend to dab it with a towel and it seems ro get an excess that might try to rub off during the day

Best product for hiding gray roots ever!! And I’ve used most of them, from powders to sprays, from expensive to inexpensive. What makes this better? For one, the applicator. It’s so much faster, easier, and more accurate to get full coverage, without getting powder anywhere near your fingers or on your face. The powder doesn't fall off or fly around the air because it’s a sponge instead of a brush. Secondly, the coverage is not only effective and accurate as described, it stays on through brushing and styling the next day. My hair grows fast l, and my “real” hair is white from root to tip; it’s also dark brown, so unless I want to color every three weeks, I must rely on a root touch-up product. I’ll never buy anything else.
