Store your fuel can spout and the siphon tube in a plastic box.
This beats lifting a 5 gallon Jerry can to pour fuel into my Jeep and holding it for a few minutes. Now, I can drain most of the fuel out of the can without lifting but the can has to be elevated. I use the rear cargo area to set my Jerry can on and siphon the fuel into the tank. When it gets really low and the siphon stops, I pick up the can and pour the remaining into the filler to the fuel tank.

Must Have
When a friend told me about this I was skeptical but it works like a charm. great for boats on mooring whips were a little slack is needed to get fuel into the boat tank or if you're a woman doing it alone.

Great Flow
Used to siphon a full tank of gas out of my Mustang GT so the fuel pump could be replaced. Flow was great.

Must be used with a funnel adapter for vehicles not having a gas cap!
Beware, modern vehicles especially those without gas caps are designed with a device in their fill tube to discourage the use of siphon tubes and limit gas vapors from escaping the gas tank. You must use an inexpensive and simple funnel (6”” long x 3/4” diameter) I found mine in the glove box. If you don’t use this device, you will likely get the siphon hose stuck in the fill tube...I did. Fortunately, I was able to feed the brass fitting end of the tube through the funnel adapter and slide the adapter into the fill tube. That released the springs that were preventing removal of the siphon tube.

It works like a charm!
No more gasoline in your mouth while siphoning! Great for draining bad water too. No more sucking crap down your mouth! Just shake and drain. I bought three.

Not good for small gas tanks
Item does not work on snowblower or items with a small gas tanks. You can’t move it up and down enough for it to trigger. You’re better off getting one that has a manual pump. Quality was good.

Great for automotive liquid transfers
Worked great for me to transfer gas into a funnel after separating the water out with a funnel. Also very useful to put the coolant back in the radiator after a repair.
